1 Min Read

A lawsuit has been filed against the Palestinian Authority (PA) and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) for their alleged role in the October 7 attack. The plaintiffs, including victims’ families and survivors, are seeking compensation and punitive damages for the massacre.

The lawsuit claims that the PA and PLO were directly involved in planning and financing the attack, and that they bear direct and indirect responsibility for the harm caused. The plaintiffs are seeking a ruling that the defendants should pay NIS 4.491 billion in compensation to the victims’ families and survivors.
