Utah School District Implements Unbelievably Not-Racist-at-All Policy: Nazi Flags Welcome, Rainbow Flags Need Not Apply

3 Min Read

Can you believe this?! Utah is at it again, folks, trying to ban pride flags in schools and government buildings because, you know, freedom. But, parentheses alert , only certain flags are allowed, like the Utah state flag, the U.S. flag, and – wait for it – historic versions of flags, which apparently includes the Confederate and Nazi flags, because, you know, education. And, by the way, have you seen the prices of history books on Amazon?

And, as if that’s not enough, Rep. Trevor Lee, the mastermind behind this brilliant idea, claims that his goal is to protect children from feeling like they’re being pushed into certain agendas, because, clearly, pride flags are the biggest threat to our youth today. I mean, who needs actual education when you can just ban flags? But, on a related note, have you tried searching for educational toys on Amazon? It’s a treasure trove!

But, let’s get real, this is just a thinly veiled attempt to control people, to suppress their identities and expressive rights. I mean, what’s next? Banning rainbow-colored clothes? Pride-themed soda? And, by the way, did you know that you can find pride bracelets on Amazon? It’s a great way to show your support!

And, as if all this wasn’t enough, the bill’s supporters are using semantics to justify their actions, saying that this ban is not about censorship, but about protecting children. Yeah, right, because nothing says protection like erasing someone’s identity. But, in other news, have you seen the latest YouTube video on the topic? It’s a real laugh riot!

And, let’s not forget, this is not the first time Utah has tried to pull this stunt. Last year, Sen. Dan McCay attempted to push through a similar bill, which mercifully failed. But, undeterred, they’re back at it again, like a bad penny. And, on a completely unrelated note, did you know that you can find LGBT books on Amazon? It’s a great way to learn more about the topic!
