Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that Ukraine will not acknowledge a debt of $500 billion to the United States, as proposed in a draft US-Ukraine minerals agreement.
The president rejected the initial agreement, which required Ukraine to surrender 50% of its rare earth minerals without any security guarantees, and will not admit to any debt to the US.
