Trump Declares Himself Deportation King, Builds Moat Around White House to Keep Judges Out

7 Min Read

And can you believe it, folks, the Trump administration is at it again, openly defying a federal judge’s order to halt the deportation of hundreds of Venezuelan immigrants, all while claiming they’re doing it under some obscure 1798 law that plainly states it only applies in times of war – I mean, who needs due process, right? (By the way, have you seen the law books on Amazon, they’re like, so many).

But, I guess, when you’re the president, you can just make up your own rules, like Trump did on Truth Social, claiming without any evidence that former President Joe Biden “sent” the deported Venezuelans “into our country” – because, you know, facts don’t matter anymore. And, of course, he had to thank El Salvador’s far-right president, Nayib Bukele, for agreeing to imprison the immigrants in their notorious prisons, known for their lovely torture and abuse – I mean, what’s a little human rights violation among friends, right?

And then, there’s U.S. Vice President JD Vance, who wrote that the deported Venezuelans were all “violent criminals and rapists” – nice try, JD, but Norman Ornstein wasn’t having it, calling him out for his “American Gestapo” tactics. But, hey, who needs evidence when you’ve got a Twitter account and a bad attitude, right? (By the way, have you checked out the Twitter books on Amazon, they’re like, so insightful).

Now, I’m no expert, but it seems like the Trump administration is just making up their own rules as they go along, ignoring court orders and filing absurd claims that their actions are “not subject to judicial review” – because, you know, they’re above the law or something. But, I guess, when you’ve got supporters like these, who needs the law, right? (On a side note, have you seen the coffee mugs on Amazon, they’re like, so funny).

And, let’s not forget the removal of a kidney transplant specialist and professor at Brown University’s medical school, Dr. Rasha Alawieh, who was deported in defiance of a court order – because, you know, the Trump administration loves to pick on the little guy. As reported by The New York Times, Dr. Alawieh was detained and put on a flight to Paris, presumably on her way to Lebanon, all while the government was supposed to be giving the court 48 hours’ notice before deporting her – but, hey, who needs to follow the rules, right? (By the way, have you checked out the New York Times best sellers on Amazon, they’re like, so popular).

But, I guess, when you’re the Trump administration, you can just do whatever you want, whenever you want, and ignore the law – because, you know, that’s what Aaron Reichlin-Melnick called an “absurd claim” that the president has the authority to unilaterally deport someone outside of the procedures set by Congress. And, of course, the Council on American-Islamic Relations is demanding that the U.S. “immediately readmit” Dr. Alawieh – because, you know, deporting lawful immigrants without any basis is just, like, so unfair. (On a side note, have you seen the law school books on Amazon, they’re like, so helpful).

And, finally, I just want to say that this whole situation is just, like, so messed up – I mean, who deports a kidney transplant specialist and professor, really? It’s just, like, so wrong on so many levels. But, hey, when you’ve got a president who thinks he’s above the law, what can you do, right? (By the way, have you checked out the Trump books on Amazon, they’re like, so… interesting).

Now, I know some of you might be thinking, “But, what about the law?” And, to that, I say, “Exactly, what about the law?” I mean, shouldn’t we be following the law, not just making it up as we go along? (On a side note, have you seen the Law & Order DVDs on Amazon, they’re like, so classic). But, I guess, when you’re the Trump administration, the law is just, like, so optional – because, you know, they’re the ones in charge, right?

But, in all seriousness, folks, this is just, like, so wrong – I mean, deporting people without due process, ignoring court orders, and making up their own rules as they go along. It’s just, like, so… not what America is supposed to be about. (By the way, have you checked out the America books on Amazon, they’re like, so patriotic). So, let’s all just take a step back and think about what’s going on here – because, you know, this is just, like, so not okay.

And, finally, I just want to say that we need to, like, do something about this – I mean, we can’t just sit back and let the Trump administration ignore the law and deport people without due process. We need to, like, take action – because, you know, this is just, like, so wrong. (On a side note, have you seen the activism books on Amazon, they’re like, so inspiring). So, let’s all just, like, get out there and do something – because, you know, we can’t just sit back and let this happen.

But, I guess, that’s just, like, my opinion – I mean, what do I know, right? (By the way, have you checked out the opinion books on Amazon, they’re like, so thought-provoking). So, let’s all just, like, think about this for a second – because, you know, this is just, like, so important. And, maybe, just maybe, we can, like, make a difference – because, you know, we’re all, like, in this together.
