Trudeau stated that nothing about Ukraine should be decided without Ukraine, emphasizing Canada’s commitment to supporting Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, as the conflict has resulted in over 40,000 Ukrainian civilians injured or killed since Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022.
