Bannon Reveals Top-Secret Plan to Make Trump President for Life, or at Least Until He Finishes His Second Helping of Cheez-Its

6 Min Read

Because, you know, the world wasn’t already a crazy enough place, Steve Bannon, the former White House chief strategist, is now talking about President Donald Trump running for a third term in 2028. I mean, who needs things like “term limits” and “the Constitution” when you’ve got a good thing going, right? (Or should I say, when you’ve got a bad thing going and you want to make it worse?)

And let’s not forget, Bannon is a huge supporter of Trump, because, you know, Trump is “on fire” (his words, not mine). I’m pretty sure that’s not a compliment, but hey, who am I to judge? Maybe being “on fire” is a good thing in politics. Maybe it means you’re passionate, or maybe it means you’re just a hot mess. Either way, Bannon is all about it.

But, I digress. So, Bannon is saying that Maga operatives are already working on securing Trump a third term in 2028. And when asked how they plan to get around the whole “22nd amendment” thing, Bannon just gives a coy smile and says “we’re working on it.” Because, you know, that’s exactly what you want to hear from a politician – a bunch of vague promises and no actual plan.

And then there’s the whole “we want Trump in ’28” chant that Bannon was leading at CPAC. I mean, come on, that’s not creepy at all. It’s not like they’re trying to create some kind of cult or anything. (Although, if you’re interested in learning more about cults, you can check out some books on Amazon).

But, in all seriousness, it’s pretty alarming to hear that Bannon and his followers are so eager to disregard the Constitution and the rules of democracy. I mean, what’s next? Are they going to start talking about repealing the 22nd amendment or something?

And, of course, there’s the whole feud between Bannon and Elon Musk. Because, you know, when you’re trying to overthrow democracy, you don’t have time for petty squabbles. But, apparently, Bannon has been calling Musk a “parasitic illegal immigrant” (among other things), which is just… wow. I don’t even have words.

Anyway, if you’re interested in learning more about this whole debacle, you can check out some articles on The Independent or The New York Times. Or, you know, you can just wait and see how this whole thing plays out. either way, it’s going to be a wild ride.

But, for now, let’s just take a step back and appreciate the absurdity of it all. I mean, who would have thought that in 2023, we’d be talking about Steve Bannon and Donald Trump trying to overthrow democracy? It’s like something out of a bad joke. (Or a good one, depending on how you look at it).

And, on a completely unrelated note, has anyone tried coffee from Amazon? I’ve heard it’s pretty good.

In any case, I think we can all agree that this is a pretty crazy time to be alive. And, who knows, maybe we’ll look back on this in a few years and laugh. Or, maybe we’ll be too busy living in a dystopian nightmare to even think about it.

But, hey, at least we’ve got books to read about it, right? I mean, what’s a better way to spend your time than reading about the downfall of democracy? (Sarcasm alert).

And, finally, let’s just take a moment to appreciate the sheer audacity of Steve Bannon. I mean, the guy is like a bad penny – he just keeps coming back. And, every time he does, he’s got some new, crazy scheme up his sleeve. So, Buckle up, folks, it’s going to be a bumpy ride.

Because, let’s be real, when you’ve got people like Bannon and Trump running around, you never know what’s going to happen next. (Or, rather, you do know what’s going to happen next, and that’s what’s so scary).

But, in all seriousness, it’s time for us to take a stand and say no to this kind of nonsense. We can’t just sit back and watch as these people try to undermine our democracy. We have to fight back, and we have to fight back now.

So, what can you do? Well, for starters, you can stay informed about what’s going on. Read articles, watch videos, and talk to your friends and family about the issues. And, most importantly, get out and vote. Because, at the end of the day, that’s what this is all about – the power of the people.

And, on that note, I’ll leave you with a link to some books about democracy. Because, let’s be real, we could all use a little more education on this topic.
