‘AOC Refuses to Be Intimidated by Trump’s Border Czar, Mostly Because She’s Heard More Frightening Things from Her Landlord’

I’m just so done with these politicians and their drama, you know? And can we talk about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for a second? This woman is like a superhero, fighting against the evil forces of… well, in this case, Tom Homan, the former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

But seriously, Homan has been going after Ocasio-Cortez, calling her “the dumbest congresswoman ever elected to Congress” – wow, what a burn book moment – and saying he’s asked the Justice Department to investigate her for holding a webinar about people’s rights when dealing with ICE.

And then Ocasio-Cortez just shuts him down, saying “this is why you fight these cowards” and that Homan “has nothing” – I mean, savage, right? She also points out that the Fourth Amendment is clear, and she’s just doing her job by educating people about their rights.

But wait, it gets better – Homan goes on Fox News and says he’s asked the deputy attorney general to look into whether Ocasio-Cortez’s webinar was teaching people how to “evade ICE arrest” – um, isn’t that just called knowing your rights? And Ocasio-Cortez is all like “go ahead” – I mean, what’s next, is Homan going to try to sue her for being a good congresswoman?

And let’s not forget, Homan is the guy who’s been tasked with leading the mass deportation efforts – because, you know, that’s exactly what we need, more deportation. But hey, at least Ocasio-Cortez is fighting back, with her page on her website all about informing her constituents of their rights when dealing with ICE – you know, the kind of thing that’s actually helpful, unlike Homan’s grandstanding.

I mean, what’s next, are they going to try to arrest her for being a good person? Maybe they should just read the Constitution – you know, the one that says we have rights? But hey, at least we can all watch the drama unfold – it’s like a soap opera, but with more politics and less love triangles.

And can we talk about how Homan said he “sent an email” to the deputy attorney general – I mean, what, did he use AOL? And Ocasio-Cortez is all like “maybe he can learn to read” – I mean, savage again, right? She tells him to start with the Constitution – you know, the one that’s all about rights and freedom? But hey, at least we can all learn from this – like, don’t mess with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, because she’s not afraid to clap back.

But, in all seriousness, this is some serious stuff – we’re talking about immigration, rights, and freedom – and we need people like Ocasio-Cortez who are willing to stand up for what’s right, even when it’s hard. So, let’s all just take a deep breath, and stay informed – and maybe, just maybe, we can make a difference.

And, as a side note, has anyone else noticed how politics is just like a bad reality TV show – all the drama, the plot twists, the villains – but, you know, with more consequences and less scripted dialogue. But hey, at least it’s entertaining, right?

But, in all seriousness, we need to pay attention to what’s going on, and get involved – because, at the end of the day, it’s up to us to make a change. So, let’s all just take a deep breath, and do our part – and maybe, just maybe, we can create a better world.

And, finally, let’s all just appreciate the sass and clap backs from Ocasio-Cortez – because, let’s be real, it’s not every day you see someone stand up to the man like that. So, let’s all just take a moment to appreciate the shade being thrown, and the tea being spilled.
