A partial collapse of a downtown Ottawa parking garage occurred on Wednesday, with about 50 vehicles still trapped inside.
The city aims to reopen Slater Street sometime Thursday, after a few days of removing vehicles from the partially collapsed garage, according to the city’s deputy chief building official, Scott Lockhart.
