Russia and India have signed a new defense logistics agreement, the Reciprocal Exchange of Logistics Agreement (RELOS), to enhance military cooperation. The pact aims to improve coordination between the two countries in areas such as military exercises and disaster relief operations.
The agreement is expected to boost interoperability between the Russian and Indian armed forces, enabling more effective joint operations. Russia and India have a long history of defense collaboration, with Russia being India’s largest defense supplier, providing around 60% of India’s defense hardware.
